RESERVATION POLICIES:

Privates

All reservations for private sessions will be made via email, at least 24 hours prior to desired session time. All private students must complete a waiver and personal information form prior to the beginning of instruction. Payment for the session takes place before the session. Cash is preferred, though check and Venmo are also accepted methods of payment.

Public Classes

Reservation is not required for attendance of public classes. If you are a new student at the studio the public class is held, please arrive at least ten minutes early to complete the studio's registration paperwork.

Retreats/Workshops/Trainings

Reservation for a spot in a retreat, workshop, or training must be done online through the MINDBODY platform for the specific studio through which the offering is being run. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Privates

Private sessions can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours incur the full charge of the private session.

Retreats/Workshops/Trainings

Each offering will have it's own specific cancellation policy. Please request additional info on the specific offering for cancellation information. 

FACILITIES:

Privates

Private sessions may take place at either the student's home or Spirit Yoga on Garnet Avenue. The yoga space at Spirit Yoga provides access to a bathroom, changing room, blocks, straps, towels, mats, bolsters, meditation cushions, and hard-wood floors. This space does not have mirrors, showers, or a designated parking space, though street parking is fairly easy to find. There is no extra travel fee for sessions scheduled at Spirit Yoga, though a fee for travel may apply for sessions held at the student's home.
