Integrative Recovery is a 12-session program that centers your whole being in the process of recovery.

Session 1: Recovering the Body-Being Connection

Explore the five layers (koshas) of our being, physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual, through foundational breath and movement practices.

Sessions 2 & 3: Intentional Embodiment

Learn postural and movement techniques (asana) that center the yogic principle of non-harm/care (ahimsa) to enhance physical well-being.

Sessions 4 & 5: Inspired Energy

Discover breath techniques (pranayama) that aid in releasing toxicity, receiving nourishment, regulating the nervous system, and balancing energy levels.

Sessions 6 & 7: Empowered Mind

Cultivate meditation techniques (dhyana) that replace destructive thought patterns with empowering ones (praktipaksha bhavanam).

Sessions 8 & 9: Resilient Heart

Practice psychosomatic movement, sound (japa), and breath (prana) techniques that process, regulate, and transmute emotions for resiliency.

Sessions 10 & 11: Abundant Spirit

Enhance connection to spiritual energy centers (chakras) and foster healthy relationships with self, others, and the environment.

 

Session 12: Celebrating the Body-Being Connection

Integrate the yogic practices that resonate most with you and celebrate your journey with your Integrative Recovery community (sangha).
