200 Hour Foundational Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

This Yoga Alliance registered training is designed to give you the tools you need to deepen your relationship with the Yoga practice. It offers numerous resources in the form of texts, lectures, teachers and more to empower you to instruct the techniques and methodologies of Vinyasa Yoga. It is also an opportunity to awaken the teacher within—to remind you that you have so much to offer this world. Guest teacher Lauren Padula, D. PT, E-RYT 200, will be leading the anatomy portion of the training.
